English Courses
for Young Learners
Children’s and teenagers’ programmes at Tallinn Language Centre are designed for learners aged 7–17, from beginners to advanced levels.
A clear level system (A1–C2) ensures continuity in learning and allows tracking each student’s progress.
We offer preparation for English exams at basic school and upper secondary school level, as well as for international English exams (Cambridge B2 First, Cambridge C1 Advanced, Cambridge C2 Proficiency, IELTS, etc).
More information about international exams can be found at www.cambridgeenglish.org
NB! Students in their final year of upper secondary school have the right to take an internationally recognised English exam as their state foreign language examination. See the regulation of the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research (§ 27, clause 15).
Our English courses provide thorough and systematic language skills in a friendly and supportive learning environment under the guidance of qualified teachers (Cambridge CELTA / DELTA or equivalent).
Teachers at Tallinn Language Centre are native English speakers, and all lessons are conducted in English, ensuring maximum language practice and faster progress.
Groups are formed based on a placement test, which includes a written test and an interview. Older schoolchildren (13–17) can take the level test either online or in person at the school. Younger schoolchildren (7–12) need to take the level test in person at the school.
We offer face-to-face classes at our school, live online lessons (ZOOM), and hybrid courses, allowing to participate either in the classroom or online in real time.
