Tallinn Language Centre / International House Tallinn

Tallinn Language Centre was established in 1993 under the name International House Tallinn and is part of the international network of language schools, the International House World Organisation (IHWO), ensuring high-quality teaching and internationally recognised standards.

We offer English language courses for adults, teenagers, and children — from beginners to advanced levels. All lessons are conducted entirely in English and are taught by native English-speaking teachers, ensuring full immersion and rapid progress. A clear level system guarantees continuity of studies and allows each learner’s progress to be tracked.

Over more than 30 years of operation, we have helped thousands of learners achieve their language goals — whether advancing their careers, succeeding in exams, or gaining confidence in English communication.

In addition to English language courses, Tallinn Language Centre / OÜ Teadmine ja Tarkus has participated in several EU international cooperation projects.

Tallinn Language Centre (TLC) was established in 1993 under the name International House Tallinn. The school is part of the International House World Organisation (IHWO) — one of the world’s oldest and most respected language teaching networks, founded in 1953.

Today, IHWO brings together over 130 language schools in more than 45 countries worldwide (www.ihworld.com). Membership in this network means that our school meets strict international quality standards. IHWO regularly inspects its member schools to ensure the use of modern teaching methods, high-quality materials, and the best possible learning outcomes.
